Horus expertise is providing long term project finance for energy assets. We use innovative structures to provide tailor made solution to infra projects, with or without contracted cash flows. We are a leading investor and arranger in long term debt for merchant projects, having successfully completed numerous transactions.
REAL ENERGY
Horus is a leading investor in cash flows from renewable ground rent and leases. Assets include renewable energy projects such as wind farms, solar, biomass, and energy from waste. We are actively investing in freehold and leasehold properties where tenants are energy projects. We leverage from our expertise and knowledge of the energy sector to recognize the value of energy tenants, adding value to the properties we acquire.
